The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The large room with a balcony and stunning bathroom was a highlight, but there were some cleanliness issues with stains on sheets and towels. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with one helpful staff member standing out, but overall, there were several mistakes made during our dining experiences. The location, while having potential, needed some attention to create a more welcoming atmosphere. The dining had a good variety of options but fell short in execution.
